Mind has three stages – conscious, subconscious and unconscious. The first one is active as long as we are awake. But the other two remains active all the time though we are not aware of it. The conscious state of mind is also called superego that guides us with moral code of conduct. Due to the respect for morality, we learn to suppress our emotion. But when desire is buried, it gets distillated at the bottom of our unconscious state and remains dormant. Suppressed feeling springs into action when both our body and conscious mind are at rest. If niggling problems are not filtered out of mind’s recess, we can not get adequate sleep. Due to the incessant activities of the tormenting troubles, sleeping disorder becomes a persisting problem. Sleeping disorder is of various types. Some persons fail to sleep at all while some do not have enough amount of sleep. Some persons do not experience sound sleep.
