My practical work experience includes, but not limited to, origination and underwriting of residential first, second, home improvement and commercial mortgage loans and secondary marketing of all of the above types of mortgage products. As C.E.O. of my own firm, as an independent consultant and as an employee of lending institutions, I have established procedures for business production, marketing, accounting and loan pricing and policies. I have established and maintained rapport in the secondary marketplace and established bank credit lines. I have functioned a virtually every level of management.
