Let me assure you, you can go from chain smoker to non smoker in an instant. You can light a cigarette, knowing it will be your last, finish smoking that cigarette, put it down, and never look back. It will be joyous event in your life. You will experience no withdrawal pains, and you will have no desire to ever smoke again.
How is this possible?
The Four Great Nicotine Lies
The First Great Lie: Smokers believe it takes too much willpower to quit even though smoking is a tremendous health hazard, an extraordinary expense, unending enslavement, and a filthy habit. Four very good reasons to quit smoking. All smokers know these reasons, yet they continue to smoke, why?
Nicotine is lying to them. Nicotine is telling them it relaxes the body, it enhances concentration, it relieves stress, and reduces boredom. If those reasons were true, they are four powerful reasons to keep smoking. Explaining why a lot of smokers are seemingly afraid to quit.
Here is the truth. In reality, nicotine actually impedes concentration, it hinders relaxation, it accentuates boredom, and it increases stess. Thus, now we have eight good reasons to quit smoking, and not one good reason to continue smoking. Once the truth becomes apparent, willpower is no longer a factor in the equation.
The Second Great Lie: Smokers are under the mistaken belief, or illusion, that they choose to smoke. Almost every smoker can recall those first experimental cigarettes, however they can't recall the day they supposedly chose to become a regular smoker. That is because not one smoker ever actually made that decision. They were simply trapped by the deceitful lure of nicotine, and refuse to let go.
The Third Great Lie: A lot of smokers fear they will feel painful physical nicotine withdrawal pains if they quit smoking. However, nicotine withdrawal is what all smokers suffer throughout their smoking life. It is simply what they feel every time they finish a cigarette. It's not terrible physical pain, it's simply the counterfeit call of nicotine. The physical pain when they quit is no different than the pain between cigarettes, meaning it's nonexistent.
The Fourth Great Lie: Smokers believe it's very difficult to quit smoking because they feel like they are giving up too much. However, when smokers come to the realization that are simply giving up an addiction to nicotine, quitting becomes easy. When they realize they can truly enjoy family and social occasions, and be better equipped to deal with stress and boredom, qutting becomes a joyous event.
You can truly quit smoking without meds, candy, weight gain, or nicotine cravings. Once you quit, you will experience a freedom you have not known during your entire smoking career. It doesn't matter if you've tried to quit 100 times, you can quit for good, right now.
