Green leafy vegetables are a good source also. You just need to make sure you add good fats to your diet every day and stay clear of the bad fats that can cause anyone to be unhealthy.

Without these good fats, which are a part of the structure for the cell membrane, your body will become unhealthy in many ways. The good fats will form a barrier to provide protection for your body from many different things such as viruses, bacteria, and other foreign substances that are known for making you unhealthy.

This barrier is needed in your body because it also helps to keep important things in the cell like genetic materials, enzymes, cell organelles and proteins that are essential for healthy cells.

These fats are also important for the prostaglandins that regulate the neurotransmitters, or the chemicals that send information from nerve cell to nerve cell in everyone's body, can't be made.

This for many people will lead to mental health problems because the brain will be affected in a negative way. A few of the different mental health problems that can come from no good fat in the diet include: Irritability, Schizophrenia, PMS, Bipolar, anger and other undiagnosed conditions.

The main fact to remember is that if you cut out the good fat from your diet, then you will be making your brain suffer. There are a variety of ways that these fats help your body and brain stay healthy, but with the above information, you can see why they are so vital for anyone.
