Add good fruits and veggies to your diet. They are chock-full essential vitamins and minerals. Go for five pieces of fruit or veg each day. That means you consume anything like apples, bananas, carrots, lettuce, broccoli, grapes, etc. It's not too difficult!

Eat slowly
It's essential to consume your food slowly as it can take your brain more or less 20 minutes to realize you're full up. This is the reason you find people going back for seconds 10 minutes after they consume a big amount of food. Ten minutes later they become really ill at ease. Don't eat a lot of huge amounts of sweets
Majority of people enjoy the sweetness that sugar lends to food. It's hard to altogether do away with sugar in your diet, but you can cut back on how much you eat. Consider consuming fruit or a sugar-free dessert rather than the regular sugar-laden dessert. Consider drinking diet sodas instead of regular sodas.
