If your brain were a computer, you'd be able flow over a few buttons and recall your memory or install an upgrade instantly; unfortunately, your mind doesn't work this way. It will take a little more than the click of a mouse to improve your memory and boost the human brain power. Thankfully, the work involved is not rocket science and implement it into your lifestyle easily enough. There are many brain exercises to improve memory which you could perform that will give you the boost you need, and maintain your mind active and healthy. • Logic problems: There are a number of puzzle books that contain these types of problems. They will get you thinking and improve your cognitive ability. • Random access memory games: There are a wide selection of games you could play which will test your memory. You could find games online or just find things savings around to use. Try making lists associated with things and then see when you can remember what you wrote. You can even use a deck of cards or pictures out of a magazine to comprise some games of your family. • "I SPY" guides: These books can keep you entertained for hours. Not only are they fun, but you can challenge yourself to choose the images in the most effective time possible. This can become a game to include in your family fun night time. There is also an online version that you can play. • Learn an alternative skill: Take a cooking food class, or learn a new language. Challenge yourself just by constantly learning new items. • Get some activity: Physical exercise can help boost the human brain and improve your random access memory. Try for at least 20 minutes each day, even if it's just for a walk around your block after dinner. • Puzzles: Crosswords, Sudoku and other brain teasers will get your thinking cap on. The daily paper usually has a minumum of one of these puzzles in the comics section. Some papers will increase the difficulty each morning. • Read a mystery: Try and solve the mystery or identify the murderer before you're allowed the end. Use your imagination and discover some ideas of ones own: how would you are suffering from the characters if were you to the author? How does one have ended the e-book? • Keep a Diary: Write down your favourite childhood memories and activities; journal your fears, your dreams, and your desires. You don't have showing anyone if you don't want to. This is just to get you thinking, and musing about it. • Challenge Yourself: When you have mastered a skill or maybe a game, challenge yourself to learn more, do more, do it faster and do it better. Make new goals for you, and when you reach them, make new versions. This way you are constantly reaching towards some thing. • Play a sports activity: Join a local baseball team, or play a few beach volleyball. This not only improves your physical action level, it also assists you to socialize and make new friends. When you interact with others, it helps ones cognitive ability.
