Tod Seisser started a marketing and advertising firm along with partners Julie Bauer and Steve Landsberg. The name of the firm is Grok and it is based in New York. Tod didn’t like the usual bureaucracy, so he formed Grok as a means of opposing it. He is of the opinion that the client and the team working on the project should have direct communication with each other. There should be no place for higher officials in this communication. Through his new firm Tod was able to build up a network of talented individuals. These individuals come from various fields and are always ready to help him whenever the need arises. The fields include media and entertainment.

Tod Seisser holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (Media Arts) from the New York’s School of Visual Arts. After graduating he worked with different firms. During his tenure with these firms he handled important clients. These clients included UPS, Seagrams, General Mills, and Johnson & Johnson. His work was noticed by big publication establishments. These included The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and People. Some of the numerous industrial awards he had received for his work include One Show, Art Directors Club, Andys, Cannes Lion, and Communication Arts.

Tod Seisser loves to collect comic arts especially those created by Jack Kirby. The comic arts that were drawn by Jack, during the two decades between 1960s and 1970s are his favorite. He also likes collecting vintage American wristwatches. Tod is an animal activist and has very strong feelings against cruelty to animals.
